Parents—you need a night. You need a night to catch up on laundry or with your spouse. You need a night to take a deep breath away from your children. You need space just to be where nobody is screaming “MOM” or “DAD,” and the hardest question to answer will be, “And how do you want that cooked?” That’s what Parents’ Night Out is about. We will take care of your children (birth–12th grade) and provide teaching, play, and community for your kids while you have a night to yourself. Parents’ Night Out will be on Wednesday, September 2nd & 9th. Dinner for your kids will be at 5:30 p.m. at the church, and programming will begin at 6:15 p.m. For our birth–6th grade, pickup is at 7:30 p.m., while our 7th–12th grade will be done at 8:00 p.m. Sign up here.

Join us for Rock the Block on Sunday, August 30th from 6–7:30 PM in the back parking lot—Rock the Block is a free neighborhood block party with live music, free hamburgers and hotdogs, inflatables, face painting, and games. It’s a fun, family-friendly evening designed to connect with our neighbors and celebrate community. Everyone’s welcome—bring a friend and come ready to enjoy the night!

Join us on Sunday, August 16, during our 9:30 or 11:00 a.m. worship service for our Blessing of the Backpacks. We’ll pray over students, teachers, and school staff as they begin a new year, asking God to guide, protect, and encourage them in the months ahead.

After both services, stick around for popsicles in the People Place as we celebrate together. We can’t wait to send our schools into the new year covered in prayer!
